Specialist tutor for STEP, MAT and TMUA, helping students prepare for admission to Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial and other leading universities.
I am a second-year Mathematics student at the University of Cambridge. In my first year I ranked 55th out of 258 students, and before coming to Cambridge I achieved S grades in both STEP papers, scoring 10 marks above the S-grade boundary in each.
Having recently been through the admissions process myself, I understand exactly what these exams are testing. My lessons focus not only on mastering the syllabus, but on developing the problem-solving skills, mathematical intuition and confidence needed to tackle unfamiliar questions.
I tailor each lesson to the individual student, whether they are aiming to strengthen their problem-solving ability or secure an offer from a top university.
Outside mathematics, I compete for the University of Cambridge in cross-country and athletics. The discipline and consistency required in competitive sport are values I bring to my tutoring, helping students make steady, lasting progress.
Every lesson is tailored to the individual student, ensuring that strengths are built upon and weaknesses are addressed through carefully selected questions, detailed feedback and structured long-term preparation.

One-to-one online or in person lessons build mathematical fluency, problem-solving ability and confidence through carefully selected questions.
Homework is set after each lesson and marked in detail before each lesson, ensuring consistent progress between sessions.
As applications and exams approach, students complete realistic admissions papers and participate in mock interviews to build confidence before the real assessment.
